DRA Advisors LLC has selected Stream Realty Partners to lease and manage a 7 million-square-foot industrial portfolio it recently acquired from Weingarten Realty Investors. The properties are located in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Atlanta, with 2.5 million square feet in North Texas.

This assignment brings the firm's leasing and management portfolio to 85 million square feet across the United States.
Stream launched its industrial platform just eight years ago. It has since established itself as a key third-party provider in Texas and one of the fastest growing players nationally, said Kyle Valentine, regional managing partner of Stream Realty Partners, in a statement.
Locally, the DRA assignment adds 16 properties to Stream's industrial leasing and management portfolio:
