(Boston, MA, June 11, 2012) – Arnas Gasparonis, Chelsey Valentine, Elizabeth Belvher, Rachel LaBarge, Tamara Pace-Emerson, all Burlington residents, were recently recognized for excellent academic performance this past semester at Wheelock College and placed on the Deans List. Ava Jennings and Tamara Pace-Emerson were placed on the Graduating Honors List.

Gasparonis, Valentine, Belvher, LaBarge, and Pace-Emerson join Wheelock College's growing student body on the Dean's List, a universal acknowledgement within the academic arena as a symbol of high achievement. Jennings and Pace-Emerson were also two of only a handful of students to graduate this year with honors.

"I am extremely proud of Wheelock's 2012 Dean's List academics. By achieving strong scholastic standing, these students are representing the educational values instilled at Wheelock," noted Jackie Jenkins-Scott, President of Wheelock College.
