ALBANY - The controversy over a recent police training exercise will take stage center state at a Public Safety Committee meeting in Albany Wednesday night.
The Common Council will focus on the March 21 incident at the Ida Yarbrough Complex.
Residents say they weren't notified of the training exercise and couldn't escape.
The police department later apologized.
Wednesday night’s meeting will take place at City Hall.
The Albany Housing Authority will take part in the discussion as well.
